If you look closely, you can see the glow of the ion cloud above the zone of the generator. This is clearly observed when the generator is turned on. And disappears immediately after it is turned off. When the generator is turned on, small fog particles coagulate into larger formations. This foggy cloud gives this reflection of light. seen in the first picture. This will specially be noticed in high tower buildings which looking over the city. Burj Khalifa
