In support of Kuwait switching the mode of generator to destroy the high level rain clouds 15/11/18

5/11/18 at 9:00 am Professor Yuri has changed the mode of the Weather Generator to work at it's best to dissolve the high level rain clouds above Kuwait. The disruption of the weather is very clearly seen in these satellite images ! We request the governments to adopt our technology which has the capacity to address Rain enhancement, stabilise weather condition, reduce fog/ air pollution and destroy dust/sandstorms.
